Community Guidelines

The Liberty Mutual Intern Portal has guidelines all community members must follow. Please review the guidelines listed below. Joining this community is an acknowledgement that you have read the guidelines below and agree to comply with them.

Be responsible. Be civil and respectful in every single interaction. Make sure your communications are in good taste and appropriate in a business setting. Follow copyright and fair use laws and link original sources when possible.

Be professional. Keep content professionally relevant and on topic. Assume that anyone at Liberty Mutual may read what you contribute.

Be open. At Liberty, we believe that it is our differences that help make us stronger. We ask that you uphold Liberty’s Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion by sharing and listening to one another’s perspectives, stories and experiences.

Be yourself. Use your true identity and share information that is real and authentic. Be clear when you are sharing personal opinions and be sure to use your own voice.

Be safe. We require every member to be civil and respectful in their engagement. Do not share private or confidential information about yourself, your role or Liberty Mutual. We do not tolerate hateful comments, harassment or bullying, threats, or the sharing of harmful material. As part of the community, please raise concerns or issues if they arise.
